Stephanie from the front desk is the most helpful person that I have dealt with for anything pretty much ever. She has gone out of her way to make sure our guys are taken care of and I can't tell you how much easier she has made my job. She is so pleasant and kind. We all really appreciate her.

It's best to avoid booking at this hotel. This is the second time in 6 months that they have informed me that they are overbooked at check-in and cannot honor my reservation booked on their website and was informed that the rooms are available on a first come first serve basis.

Came in for business after paying for stay previously and was told there was not any room. Front desk attendant was rude and unhelpful even asked me to step outside while waiting on the ride to pick me back up. There were three others in line and they also got turned away. I wouldn’t book online I would check In first

Worst place I have stayed in the last 40 years

We were going to stay for 15 days, during check in at 6PM, I asked about laundry machines since we had several loads - $2.75 for washer and $2.75 for dryer and the front desk clerk said they are small units apartment size. Upon getting to our room (218) I found no cookware, no plates, no glasses, no cups, or silverware. When I went to the front desk was told they don’t provide, however I was offered some plastic utensils. Asked for manager, none until the next day. I asked front desk to call manager, she said she sent a text and wrote him a note and he would deal with it tomorrow when he came into work. I went back to the room, when I got there my wife said she saw a roach. We had not even unpacked our bags, I took all of our luggage and packed it back into the car, cancelled our reservations and left. Place was run down, furniture worn out. Nothing like the online photos. Cabinets were in horrible shape. Wi-Fi basic is free but forget about doing anything, very slow and there is a fee to upgrade. I waited until today after 0900 to give the manager time to call me, still no call. I have stayed in a lot of places over the years traveling for work and pleasure - hands down, this was the worst place ever.

I stayed at Extended stay American at 4650 w New heaven, Melbourne i must say my stay was Amazing clean hotel quiet Nice staff the Manager Chris is Amazing very Calm very helpful and understanding the House keeping Supervisor is so Nice and kind Angela was so nice to me she always help me move to another room if need to and fox the ground keeper is always working he's always there 24 hours if you lost your key if you need sheets whatever you need i stayed at lots of hotel and i must say this is the best Extended Stay I have ever stayed at.
